Therefore I would privatise the entire NHS and bring in compulsory health insurance for all so that nobody will be unable to afford medical treatment.JustAnotherEUSerf, Oxford, UKRecommended by 4 people

Lord Darzi should be sacked. Gordon Brown is a total unmitigated disaster.Tony, new romneyer - we already pay - through the nose - for prescriptions. what is all this 'patient choice' shit? fuck that. i heard it being advertised on the bbc as: if you're planning to a restaurant you can check review online, BUT WITH HOSPITALS YOU HAVE TO MAKE DO WITH WHAT THEY BLOODY GIVE YOU!11!!!! this is a terrible analogy, and is presumably cover for underfunding hospitals that don't meet shitty targets and allowing the others to go semi-private. where is the pressure coming from for this bollocks? so far as i can tell it will make the less good hospitals worse/pressure them to jizz their resources on private sector consultant cunts.

Added: Monday, 30 June, 2008, 23:51 GMT 00:51 UKThe NHS needs to stop giving un-necessary treatments. Things like vasectomies, circumcision and well man/woman clinics need to be abolished. The NHS is there to care for the genuinely sick. Those that drink and have an accident due to their drinking or are sick because they smoke should pay for their own treatment. They brought the problems on themselves. The NHS needs to stop treating illegal immigrants and send them back to their own countries to be treated. Fix that and streamline management.George Cowley, Columbia, SC

NHS must stop the control which is unnecessary. The thing must oppress the man or the clinic of the woman at the statutes, circumcision and the well. NHS treat that patient with realness. The spirits so that smoke the accident is born its them consuming because and if to them those are sick their controls must pay. They brought their problems in inside. NHS stop illegitimate immigration and face and after the area of their nation which (thing) sends. Decide this and improve the management.

Things like vasectomies
Did anybody on HYS explain to this bell-end that vasectomies save the NHS money?

Lack of basic comprehension is accurate, at least.
