anachronisms spotted on 'that 70s show'

like forman said "red went ballistic on me", nobody used to say that in the '70s did they? i sure never heard it. maybe in america, but i dunno, we were prettyhip to american slang from watching TV & reading MAD & all that. & same episode, hyde told, what's her name, forman's sister , "you are so going to end up in porno!"

at our school in the late 70s the dorkiest kids were the ones who would recite whole monty python routines in the grating 'old lady' voice. man i hated that.

also people used the word 'nerd' very differently. it was a new word in NZ at that time & it was only known from the way fonzy used it on 'happy days'.
