being lazy, hard labour?

when you feel lazy, do you resent it, do you feel quilty abt it? or do you go full troddle lazy with all the energy you got?

Brecht wrote in his diary that you could ONLY be really lazy (or really happy or...) if you put some real intensity in it. But it seems so contradictionary to put so much work in doing nothing.

Or is it some kind of Zen-like state? what do you do when you're lazy?

It's just a permanent state of mind really. It has to be tied to general dislike for most active things also I think. Obviously I can motivate myself to do things like go out or write. But I guess the less things you can motivate yourself with the lazier you are.
