"There may be situations where people haven't yet reached anatomical maturity but might still need to use a condom"

are they deliberately seeking to be contreversial for extra publicity? or is there really a kids market?

OH! So 'easy-on' just means size XXL condom! I did wonder WHY it would be so 'easy-on'. NOW WE KNOW it is for BIG WILLIES.

but if it is easy on, does that not equal worry that it is easy off, or is there some sort of one-way barbs/velcro style technology to stop it.

Puh-leeze. What would be nice would be an XL condom that actually was extra-large -- most of them are longer but barely wider, leaving me with the impression that it's just a marketing gag for average guys who want to impress. I don't need to impress anybody. I'd just like a condom that fits my big willie.
