Who would win a fight between a Swan and a Fox?

Dave, Thursday, 20 June 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Easy, the swan, a fox might be cunning, but it's a well known fact that swans possess ninja fighting skills, check out the black bandannas they have around their eyes.

But a fox can break a swan's wing with a blow of its nose.

i've seen pix of a limp swan in a fox's gob, but never the other way around. FOX BEATS SWAN AS PROVED BY LADYBIRD BOOKS

swans have a long wingspan, so it could hold teh fox with one wing, and repeatedly slap it around with the other.

if it were the PF however, that's a different story...

Alan have you ever seen an adult swan? Or indeed a fox? No way would a swan fit into a fox's mouth. When we used to go to see the swans near my grandpa's house in Devon as children we were told to stay away as one of them had broken someone's arm. This may have been a lie but swans can get vicious and have big pecky pointy beaks too. I don't think the fox would even try to take one on.

I cannot believe I am willingly engaging in this dumb argument.

A swan attacked my dad at Thorpe Park once. He didn't fight back though so I don't know who would have won. And my dad isn't a fox anyway.
