If you could engineer your own animal what would it be like?

I would choose: sharks teeth, girrafe's neck, cheetah's body (for speed), elephants trunk, maybe some gills (or a whales blow hole), some wings (perhaps from a bat), and a scorpians sting.

There was some great kids' book from the seventies I read when small about all these slightly medieval angels trying to figure out the shape of a lion but getting this great weird collage instead. I'll go with that.
