Let's clarify and correct some of the inaccuracies present in Mr. Anthony Easton's perorations. For starters, I'm sure Mr. Easton wouldn't want me to eavesdrop on his secret conversations. So why does he want to poke and pry into every facet of our lives? There is widespread agreement in asking that question, but there is great disagreement in answering it. There is absolutely nothing these narrow-minded segregationists will not do to destroy their enemies. They will poke into the most secret family affairs and not rest until their truffle-searching instinct digs up some abhorrent incident that is calculated to finish off their unfortunate victim. A final word: Mr. Anthony Easton has never been able to assimilate and accept the humane ideals, civilized aims, and social aspirations of his peers.

Stick it to the man!
Show that you have the power, go scream at the window of a Starbucks, join the protestors nearby MAAAAAAAAAN.

Mr Noodles, Thursday, 27 June 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

at hampstead heath they are protesting against the new starbucks because they don't want it spoiling their ambience, i'm not sure but they may have prevented its arrival now.

irony is, in dalston, they'd probably kill for a branch of starbucks. gentrification, baby, bring it on!

gareth, Friday, 28 June 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Thats a bit different then protesting Starbucks in Vancouver BC because, well no real reason though one protestor tried to tell who ever would listen that they were funding Isreal's take over of Palestian.
I think it was supposed to be about antiglobaliztion thingy.

Mr Noodles, Friday, 28 June 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

yea, i believe the hampstead heath protest for local not global reasons

gareth, Saturday, 29 June 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Seriously I'd like to give a fuck but really I'm a bit tired of giving a fuck at work, these people are all morons. Of course I have tons to do but quite frankly if they were so concerned about it they might branch out some of this to other people who are sitting around reading magazines, so I'll sit around an read ILX. Haha take that bastards.

worst protest ever?
