why is the word "asshole" more used when desrcibing men and not women??

yes but "bitch" can be used to describe a man too "oh quit being such a whining bitch" but "assholes" are usually only men. why?

It's complicated. Women don't get called wankers very much either. Or cunts. Or pricks. Mainly it's just bitch or cow. It would seem odd, if correct, to complain about this, were I a woman.

What I don't understand is why the insult "cunt" is almost never used to refer to women. I mean, it would make sense, wouldn't it? Same as "dick" is an insult for a man.

But, I suppose, going along with gender politics, every woman already posesses a cunt, while to insult a man by calling him a cunt is to insinuate that he also posesses a cunt, ie, is a woman, which is the worst thing you can call a man. Apparently.

I've always been confused by the gender politics of insults.

I am beyond this gender bias. I call women assholes and bitch is really starting to stick on my male friends. Dickhole gets me out of trouble occasionally, and try manwhore -for either sex.
