I can't believe this thread never got off the ground in the first place....

There's a great site called "The Sextionary" that lists all of these. I'm pretty sure it omits my personal favorite, the "Jelly Donut". I think these things are hillarious, but it frightens me to think that some individuals might actually try one of these things.
