Anybody else have this shitty cable/internet service? Our complex forced them on us and so far we had the joy of two weeks with ridiculously slow internet (with downloads as slow as 40 kb/s), which they finally fixed last week...our cable missing channels. And now our internet has been out for most of the last 24 hours...truck has been here since this a.m.for the whole complex.and they are now trying to charge us for this month despite promising a free month due to the inconvenience. FUCK YOU GUYS UP THE ASS WITH AN INVERTED POINTY BROOMSTICK.

Oh AND the weekend we changed providers they disconnected our prior service one day before their flyer indicated leaving us with no television or internet for a day and a half
