Manta Rays

I just watched a pretty cool National Geographic show on manta rays. I actually didn't know that they have the largest brain-to-body size ratio of any fish, though I think they would be annoyed that the Geographic's narrator described them as a "squashed shark."

i got to pet a skate at an aquarium, they are very soft.

When i was a little kid i had dreams that i had a pet manta ray and a giant swimming pool. Maybe the coolest ocean creatures ever.

In the Gulf waters of Sanibel and Captiva islands you can't walk without seeing one.
