Headlights is a slang term used to describe protruding breasts.
According to Fredric Wertham, whose book Seduction of the Innocent (1954) led to a U.S. Congressional inquiry into the comic book industry and the creation of the Comics Code, boys said they referred to big breasts as "headlights".
