Some guy once told me about SECRET SCHOOLS littered around the globe, where the students are taught how to control the world and create wars, etc. All this would be done only through Math. I have no clue what the guy was on about, but he was quite passionate about it, and he wasn't a looney either.
I wish I could remember the details of it, if anyone knows Drew Jackson in Seattle, ask him.

That somewhere in the Bin Laden family vaults is the photo of the time they dragged awkward cousin Osama over with them on a business trip. Osama. Bush. Handshake.

Elite American law schools' biggest donors are big corporate law firms.
Big corporate law firms are terrible places to work and this is no secret, but the pay is good.
Elite American law schools' financial aid programs are notably worse than those of other graduate and professional schools at elite American univeristies, with 6 digit debt being the result.
Highly indebted students, who may have planned to work for justice among the poor run gratefully to big corporate law firms in order to reduce their debt, and are so grateful and nervous that they do not complain about working conditions at big corporate law firms.

Conspiracy theory: the donations of the law firms are predicated on law schools keeping their financial aid programs terrible.

yes Colin that is all true but you can borrow six figures from the govt at 5 per if you are getting a J.D. That, and a lot of schools will help you repay/forgive your loans if you go into public service.

You have to be living under the poverty line for about five years to get complete forgiveness, at least at that fancy-ass place I went to school.

wasn't this a TV series in the '80s called Project Icarus?

and apparently the REAL reason why Bushi is going to war with Iraq is that in the 1960s the Iraqis banned the FREEMASONS from the country.

this was told to me in all seriousness by a mentalist on sunday.

Graham's recoding of ILX means we don't have to post. in fact none of "us" are real, all new postings since August have been a mixture of random pre-canned responses and the output of PHP ports of various AI algorithms.

tell me, piscesboy, what interests you about conspiracy theory?

The Meatls are really the secret love children of the Beatles and Queen Elizabeth.

Here's some serious ones:

The Church of the Subgenius is an FBI front organization.
So is Paladin Press.

(I believe the second one, but not the first.)
