digging a really deep hole

my friend and i have shovels and we are going to dig an extremely deep hole for no reason.
so help me think of things to do in a deep hole.

1. pretend to be redwall-type moles and toads.

2.makeout

3. taunt the sun, its impotence...its arrogance

it may be a better idea in the summer cause then it would be nice and cool in the hole compared to the surface, but only if it is more like a tunnel.
