i saw a chicken crossing the road today. honest!

yep its true i was driving in the country and as we rounded a bend there was a red chicken ( the little red hen ) crossing the road. she was about halfway across, so i slowed to allow her time and the car behind me had no choice of course.
poor silly thing she stopped midway so i drove on by, and now i dont know if she made it or not though as i looked in the rear-view she was still ok.
i just cant believe i saw it.

well i saw ned today on the bus. really. he had an iron maiden t-shirt. i 'sang' the riff of 'Soon' to him. he looked baffled. I was laughing at his leather trousers, they looked so bad on him.

Never seen a chicken crossing a road, but when I was in Jordan I saw a sheep crossing the road. It was aided by four men. Two men, held the left foreleg, two held the right foreleg and the sheep was walking on its hind legs.
