I thought Goth-Trad was some sort of weird wonky dubstep biz?

Boring but true answer = very few of these artist albums can touch the the first three Dizzee records. Only Ultrasound and Star In Da Hood really come close - maybe the first Wiley as well.
Voting BIDC.

I really hope that Virus Syndicate first album would hold up if I busted it out again cos I thought it was terrific at the time

still need to hear that star in the hood.
2nd wiley on big dada is worth consideration here, not really the first one, no way.
dizzees first 3 are great, of course, but even they arent perfect. BIDC kinda peters out a bit in terms of pace, showtime is a bit too samey in terms of mood, and m&e is better/more varied/light and shade etc as an album but i dunno, its maybe a bit too much 'covering all bases' at times. glad that he returned to a bit of a rougher production style on that one though after showtime, which i thought was a bit too 'well' produced at times.
virus syndicate would be better if mark one had diff MCs.

Star in the Hood is great. For me the real choice is Aim High 2 though.

bit of an incomplete list but most grime albums, sorry i mean mix-cds, are a bit crap as albums, so its hard to vote in these things. lol@hadouken though.
