the Sexual Harrassment thread

What I love is how simple the album is but how much song writing skill went into it. I mean the various vocal pitch levels so that one voice stands out without being louder, the modulation in "Exercise Your Ass Off", and just having solid song parts from simple repeated phrases. It's inspirational. Solid live drums that aren't busy - sh*t I could go on.

I remember when Sexual Harrassmentput out the "I Need A Freak" LP. I remember Lynn Tolliver being a radio DJ on WZAK 93.1 in Cleveland and adding in the "Oh You Know...I Need a Freak" man and it was the jam. We played it night and day. But if there is anyone out there that knows how to get a copy of Jeffrey Charles' "Tonight At Nine" let me know. He was a radio personality too and may have had some help with Sexual Harrassment, not sure on that, but he used to date my sister Connie and I would like to get a copy of that jam "Tonight at Nine". email me at dawgl✧✧✧@ya✧✧✧.c✧✧

Julia Wertz has some thoughts: http://www.juliawertz.com/2015/10/05/on-sexual-harassment-and-public-discussion/

I was bummed when I saw the initial exchange on her twitter feed and didn't know what to say besides maybe apologizing on behalf of my gender but ugh
