or D-Train or Shannon or hey New Order - sweet list

I think pretty much the only flaw in this comp is that the "original 12" version" of "Forget Me Nots" is actually the album version, not the 12" edit. AFAIK the actual 12" version of that tune is 7 minutes long, but maybe Liebrand didn't get the master tape for that one? Still, it's pretty awesome he managed to get all these other classics on one compilation.

I wouldn't say I love disco wholesale, but all the ones on this that I know, I like. (Except for the Freez one, wayyy too long)

Can't pick! Oh Noe.

Went with Class Action's "Weekend".

Either Class Action or D-Train, or ten others on the list for that matter.

Too hard - "Dancer" vs "Weekend" vs "I Feel Love" vs "Last Night A DJ Saved My Life" vs "Get Down Saturday Night".

+1 for including "Hit n Run Lover" by Carol Jiani. amazing, amazing tune

erol alkan has just finished a re-edit of that jiani tune. heard a sample on some online record shop and wasn't much impressed but might be worth checking out if you like the original

MMM put out a pretty cool version of "Hit n Run Lover" a couple of years back. it's fun to mix with the original
