I'd love to know that too. Psychemagik have actually done an edit of that song but it's not that edit in the mix.

The Almunia album on Claremont 56 arrived in the post yesterday and sounds pretty fucking great. Lovely summer vibes

^ claremont 56 might have the most easily distinguishable sound of any label i've ever heard. this is not nec a bad thing, but i definitely prefer stuff like that where they play up the spaciness and tone down the adult contemporary side a bit. all the other almunia stuff on soundcloud is pretty good also
the gatto fritto full length on ifeel just got an official release and it's pretty great too

i actually prefer the psychemagik edit (http://soundcloud.com/esp-institute/ariel-pinkround-round)to that version, hard to beat that children's choir breakdown in the middle imo. also i have a p large aversion to slow sad covers of 80s tunes

If you can now track down the tune at 41 minutes that would be great ;)

jan hammered's 'airport airport' mix is an all-time favorite, wasn't aware of these newer mixes but i'm excited to check them out. test pressing is a p amazing blog
the other new claremont release (besides almunia) looks pretty good too - torn sail - birds 12 inch . i want to hear more than a sample but the tiago remix seems like it could be epic

I was actually listening to that Torn Birds on Youtube as i was reading this thread. It's a great track:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0UpGDQxqB8
I've got partial tracklistings for some of those mixes, including most of the tracks on the Jan Hammered ones if you want. The Cosmic Jane one is brilliant too.

They did post on their soundcloud page that they were going to release the tracklisting soon but that post seems to have been deleted now.
It think this is the most up to date tracklisting:
0:00 - ??2:54 - Luc Cousineau: La Premiere Fois7:16 - ??12:50 - McNeal & Niles - Quiet Isle17:57 - Don Cherry - Universal Mother23:50 - Sopwith Camel - Fazon27:17 - ?? 31:31 - Psychemagik - Valley Of Paradise (David Crosby 'Orleans' edit/rework)40:39 - ??47:45 - Dan 'The Man' Lacksman - Love You Every Day 52:06 - Gino Vanelli - People Gotta Move55:20 - Marcos Valle - Estrelar60:19 - Nightbirds - Undertow64:20 - Apelsin - Igatsus67:13 - Strand of Oaks - This Must Be The Place (Naive Melody)72:05 - Dire Straits - Follow Me Home

i'm still loving that psychemagik mix too, but it inspired me to seek out their edit of that talking heads song and tbh i've been listening to that a LOT more
and i've been impressed with moonboots mixes in the past, so i'll definitely give that one a dl

I think that balearic jam on the Psychemagik mix is Chris Fantasy's Fighting The Wind which is quite old and super rare.
It's on the Moonboots mix too.
