I went to a head shop with my brother where they sold records in the back, mostly the same selection as a thrift store but w/fewer MoTabChoir records. They were all $5 or less with the exception of a copy of "It's Better To Travel," for which they were asking $35! wtf?

the only time i've ever been in a photographer's studio (he did fashion photos and actor headshots) he had a mini-stereo with like 5 CDs next to it and BEST OF SWING OUT SISTER was one of them and i thought, "perfect"

Wow, look at this guy:

John "Johnny" Thirkell is a British trumpet and flugelhorn player, who has appeared on hundreds of pop, rock, and jazz recordings. Through the 1980s and early 1990s he was on at least one album in the UK Charts continuously, without a break, for over 13 years.

Their pledgemusic is one of the laziest I've ever seen: we might make a record eventually, in the mean time pay to see us doing coursework about and try and come up with ideas.

I heard 'Breakout' while shopping but I must have misheard the lyrics because I spent about a year googling variations on 'oh freakout' and 'well so do I' without success. then someone bumped this thread and I had a big aha moment when I looked it up on youtube. thanks ilx!
