That top artists list really shows up how much Big Bang were hurt by vote-splitting. Pretty sure they're the first in the list that didn't make it into the 77. I voted Fantastic Baby as it's my favourite but also thought that it was the clearest consensus choice, I guess not.

Singles Jukebox has quite a wide and poppy remit so it does cover a lot of dross, it also covers music that nowhere else does. It was quite early on the J-/K-Pop bandwagon, before it properly arrived on ILM. Not sure that's a recommendation for you! The "You Should Probably Read..." column isn't entirely trustworthy, you might just have one or two tracks from the SJ Top 25 on your ballot and none from any of the other polls.

pleasantly shocked that "I'm Different" by 2 Chainz just barely missed the countdown!

The plot is a projection of the 119*119 voter-voter similarity matrix onto 2-d space using Principal Components Analysis. There's no way to retain all the information in the original 119-dimensional space, so many positionings look weird/arbitrary, but this is the best possible 2-d projection (for particular mathematical definitions of "best" and "projection").

Only artist I voted for twice was Rhye because I thought he had a chance of placing. Seems asides mike diva and me noone else voted for him. The Fall is all the way down to #285. According to the results the song was #104 in P+J, #53 in Pitchfork. You're missing out on this one, ILM.

Yeah you're right they're a duo. Mike Milosh (aka Milosh) and Robin Hannibal (from Quadron). Used to think there was a female fronting the band but it turns out Milosh sings like a lady.

I didn't realize their identities had been revealed. Check the ilm archives and see how many times I've stanned for Robin Hannibal projects over the years. It totally makes sense that I'd be down with this one as well.
