I found an actual drink named a White Zombie:
Ingredients1-1/2 ounces light rum3/4 ounce coconut milk3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice3/4 ounce chile simple syrup or plain simple syrup1-2 tablespoons grenadineFinely shredded lime peel to garnish
DirectionsPour all of the ingredients, except for the garnish and grenadine, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 35 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and then pour the grenadine over the back of a bar spoon and into the drink to float. Garnish with the shredded lime peel and serve immediately.

If you don't care about the quality of the actual album or song or thing being referenced, you can try:
SHOT OF LOVE
(It's a Bob Dylan album--not very good, however.)
Tangled Up in Blue
By the way, there is a burger joint with a similar concept, called Grill 'Em All in Alhambra, Los Angeles, California: http://www.yelp.com/biz/grill-em-all-alhambra-2
I've seen another restaurant with a similar concept, but do not remember the name. I think it's pretty fun and could work!
Best of luck!

emil.y, it's so sad, near to where I live Green Day has a stake in this diner where there are dishes weakly named after punk songs, it's such a groaning facepalm, like I swear one of the dishes is called "God Save the Turkey Giblets" or something
