Huerco S. – Welfare, I think. Although both Dolo Percussion tracks are pretty interesting, especially the first one around 6.45.

xpost rusty_allen: it's actually a "subreddit", Future Funk Airlines. It has about 3500 nominal subscribers but we've been kind of going through an identity crisis lately -- folks used to listen to any good music posted there, but these days it seems like more of a circlejerk sometimes. I feel almost like sharing your song would be casting pearls before swine, they hardly even appreciated that awesome new Deadboy song I found yesterday. Anyway let's try running it up the flagpole and see who salutes it. Cheers, thanks again for the great music!
