A quick question that arose from my musings on the Spotify thread: anyone had problems using Last.fm's in-page player in Firefox? (Specifically: songs don't scrobble?)
Scrobbles fine using Safari (which is my browser of choice anyway, so I'm not quite sure why I'm even wasting valuable seconds bothering about this. Anyway).

Grimly, I noticed that too, though only for some songs that played while I was listening to a radio station. Otherwise, if I stream a full track, it almost always scrobbles.

Apart from checking your Weekly Charts, is there a way to see trends in your listening habits? I was wondering if anybody knows of a plug in or feature that would compare my charts from one week to the next to show what artists were rising and falling in popularity.
Surely this is the sort of nerdy feature somebody else must want!
― I am using your worlds, Sunday, 15 February 2009 16:09 (fifteen years ago) link
There probably is one. Lots of things are provided by last.fm themselves and thousands more by users (as you know from all the links on this thread) Have a look about or ask on forum.
btw what you are looking for sounds as though it would be something that a greasemonkey script would provide. My last fm page is totally different to the normal one as i use firefox/greasemonkey/scripts. http://userscripts.org/scripts/search?q=last.fm
