Watched this play out yesterday morning. Whether you like Grizzly Bear or not, Ed is a lovely guy with a huge amount of time for his fans and a genuine curiosity and interest in the music press (that is to say that there's no way he doesn't know who Ott or Perpetua or whoever are - he knows who I am, ffs). I've never seen him be anything other than gentlemanly, good-humoured, and humble on Twitter, and I thought he dealt with Ott's frankly pretty disgusting trolling with impeccable restraint and class.

As for Ott... well he's always been a troll to some extent, but this was beyond the pale. Does anybody know why it started, what triggered it?
