braveclub, Thursday, 26 February 2009 15:37 (fifteen years ago) link

Not ip addresses and the like which was what supposedly was being handed over.

Pfunkboy in blood drenched rabbit suit jamming in the woods (Herman G. Neuname), Thursday, 26 February 2009 15:43 (fifteen years ago) link

On Spotify, how many adverts do you think there will be during Double Nickels On The Dime?

Got sick of 239879237429 erroneous Daft Punk scrobbles clogging up my ladder and deleted 90 % of them, much more representative now.

Frank was a British girl group, their criminally underrated album was produced by Xenomania. They were dropped after single #1 and I imagine they have gone their separate ways by now.

lil waynes babymama (musically), Saturday, 28 February 2009 01:58 (fifteen years ago) link

Totally Frank = great hangover T4 kinda rubbish but still addictive Sunday morning tele.

bay bay (a hoy hoy), Saturday, 28 February 2009 09:06 (fifteen years ago) link

Removing all that Daft Punk put a RADIOHEAD song as my most listened so that's gone too. Fucking scrobble bugs.

punk is deady brewster (Autumn Almanac), Saturday, 28 February 2009 22:27 (fifteen years ago) link

listening to crap music isn't a 'scrobble bug'

w/ sax (electricsound), Saturday, 28 February 2009 23:54 (fifteen years ago) link

It is when it plays on random three times and scrobbles 96 plays.

punk is deady brewster (Autumn Almanac), Saturday, 28 February 2009 23:57 (fifteen years ago) link

loool

w/ sax (electricsound), Sunday, 1 March 2009 00:14 (fifteen years ago) link

he just wont admit he loves radiohead and daft punk so he makes up a story about bugs in the scrobbler

ilxors seem to be most of alex moultons top listeners the past week

I've noticed that now when you play leaked albums, the album covers still show, yet the albums obviously aren't on last fm nor is there any mention of the albums on the albums page. I thought this was great until all that cbs/riaa stuff came up.
It's not major label stuff either (prodigy and Mastodon did show up too though) Mono and the new Wolves In The Throne room pics show and they wont be out til next month!

i'm not a frank fan, why do you ask? you could have probably checked for their presence/absence in my library. i barely have time for girls aloud any more, and i find all these sub-GA acts whose entire careers are based on mopping up the rejected GA demos littering xenomania's studio extremely tiresome.

lex pretend, Sunday, 1 March 2009 20:28 (fifteen years ago) link

I just wondered who they were, and thought you would be the most likely to know.

yeah that the saturdays' success eclipsing both GA and the sugababes is odd to say the least. i blame the recession.

frank is way better though.

oh thats wrong as its a new month

Albums http://www.last.fm/group/ilXor/charts?charttype=weekly&subtype=album&range=218

the other 2 are ok though

Lots of good jazz on Spotify. Plenty of Blue Note.

Wtf... I just refreshed my user page (I'm a subscriber), and all my charts and my loved tracks are gone! There are zero loved tracks, it says (I had 396...). I can't see any charts. Is the site crashing, or am I being fucked over?

Gerard (Le Bateau Ivre), Saturday, 7 March 2009 23:33 (fifteen years ago) link

seems to be a db problem

w/ sax (electricsound), Sunday, 8 March 2009 00:07 (fifteen years ago) link

Yeah, loved tracks are back now, though it's not scrobbling. Seems okay though, pfew.

Gerard (Le Bateau Ivre), Sunday, 8 March 2009 00:10 (fifteen years ago) link

Scrobbling is working great for me...

ilxor, Sunday, 8 March 2009 00:26 (fifteen years ago) link
