XP You could perhaps extend voting through Thanksgiving weekend at least. Having a results rollout thread run against EOY polling/noms/lobbying shouldn't be that big a deal.

Already said on the Funkadelic album thread, but the new Funkadelic album is out on itunes now. Three goddamn CDs, 3 1/2 hours. Features twice as much new Sly Stone material as Sly's own botched comeback album from a couple years ago. Just purchased it - verdict still pending.
