That case is totally weird, I'm guessing there's more to it than what's reported there. It seems likely that he lifted the tracks and made some minor edits and adjustments, but then why did Tresor produce stickers first and then decide to withdraw the release afterwards? And where to you draw the line with techno and originality anyway? *brain hurts*

Lol, I read that article because I first understood "Tresor recalls Confucio's Golden Rule..." to mean "Tresor remembers some sort of Confucianist type philosophical axiom" and wondered what the hell they were talking about.

I had a quick listen to the different tracks, they are not exactly the same, but point taken I guess about it being by someone else. That said, it seems like there's clearly a lot of weird behind the scenes stuff in this incident as well.

In other news, second the Nick Hoppner album, had it on high volume all afternoon. Airway Management is an early favorite.
