i can't figure out how to post the picture? that site is dumb
― lex pretend, Sunday, 26 April 2009 16:59 (fifteen years ago) link
it uses html, ilx uses bbcode so you need to take a screen capture and save it and post via www.tinypic.com or flickr or whatever you use
― pfunkboy (Herman G. Neuname), Sunday, 26 April 2009 17:01 (fifteen years ago) link
if you convert via the simple html to bbcode button you end up with a tiny picture
what html to bbcode button? i don't know what tinypic.com is and haven't been able to log into flickr since they changed to yahoo and i forgot my password

it's right next to where you click submit post

you just go to http://www.mastergiraffe.com/index.php/music/turn-your-lastfm-profile-into-a-wordle-imagefill in username and what chart you want and select go. Then you copy all the stuff in the box then click on the wordle create textbox http://www.wordle.net/create and paste in there and select goonce its loaded choose the font/layout/colour you want. Thats when i took a screen capture. then upload the pic to www.tinypic.com and post here with the bbcode thats givenhttp://i42.tinypic.com/24gkmpu.jpgbut you can save to a public gallery (bottom right of the picture) that will give you html code but thats no use for ilx. Even if you highlight the text and click on Convert Simple HTML to BBcode, it just comes out as a very small pic

Doesn't work quite so well if you've listened to the 1983 Erato release of Castor et Pollux (all 52 tracks) a couple of times in the last three months.

The rest of it is largely synthpop-tastic or too small to be readable :)

those are so annoying. fortunately i haven't had those pop up in my overall album collage, but it's commonplace in my weekly one.
that's not to say that my overall collage is without glitches. for some reason, i have dear science listed TWICE:

So how do the group charts get tabulated? Is it some weighted average representation of all members of the group? Or is the number listed for each artist the number of group members who listened to at least one track by that artist?
