I bought the two comps around the same time so I can't remember if 'Sensational Gravity Boy' or one of the tracks off of What's Up Matador were the first time Pollard grabbed my attention and kicked off my extended obsession with his work.

whenever i listened to "sensational gravity boy" it made me hope that there was a full album of Pollard / Deal duets sitting in Bob's basement. he probably would've put it out by now, I guess.

What's Up Matador
