I went for Slip It In but that's just because it's what I'm feeling lately. Black Coffee, Rats Eyes, The Bars, My Ghetto. That sums up my life experience for the last few months. Don't get me wrong, I grew up on Damaged and all the pre-Rollins stuff, but Nervous Breakdown, TV Party, Rise Above and Six Pack express a hope and sense of lightness I don't really feel right now.

dunno, it always struck me as blandly rocking combined with rollins being insufferable by that point. I find the whole "who's got the 10 1/2" routine is cringe-inducing.

My favourite Flag story comes from a friend of mine who saw them at the Christmas on Earth Festival in Leeds. When was it? 1981? He must have been about 13.

they were rentacop venue security, got a little bugged out after not doing anything about 30 mins of stage diving because for the past few years the venue has only really hosted world music shows, but all this is beside the point really, it was a great show, good sound, fun crowd
