Marcello Carlin in his album review syas that the vocal choras from this single is a mish mash of Specials “Stereotypes Part 2” and Selecter “On My Radio”. Indeed, it sounds like a ska track I clearly recall from my school days (even Musical Youth springs to mind!!) but the name Hibbert appears as a credit on the song which would suggest it's a Toots And The Maytels track. Can anyone clear this up?

You are indeed right; it's on "Pass The Dutchie" (aka "Pass The Kouchie"). Also turns up as the motif to "On The Radio" by Ms D's polar opposites, T.O.K.

Isn't it Studio One artist Lennie Hibbert? Doesn't Dy-na-mi-tee use a vibraphone sample of his? It's not Toots.
