i'd love someone to exercise their masterful musical knowlege and complete this minidisc compilation i wish to make - fill in the compilation blanks in the way of songs basically - all you need to do if you're willing to play this fun little game is stick to the following rules:

no a-sides of singles
no cover versions
no remixes
no live versions
nothing over 7 minutes
must be in the order listed below:

- a dub track
- a brian eno production
- the beatles
- the who
- talking heads
- the smiths
- husker du
- sugar
- low
- nick drake
- can
- an american punk track from the 70s
- the fall
- something from europe from before 1997
- a hip hop track from the early 90s
- something 'early' by underground resistance member(s)
- an 'interlude' of some kind or something 'fucked up'
- jimi tenor
- squarepusher
- a tough/heavy/bassy UK garage track
- something by who you feel is the best newcomer or breakthrough artist this year
- something that you feel like you're the only person in the world that knows about but think is abosultely brilliant

feel free to try and do the lot or just a few...i'll just have to try and fill em in myself if no-one else can be bothered ;)

- The Beatles: “Tomorrow Never Knows”
- The Who: “Tattoo”
- Talking Heads: “Seen and Not Seen”

– De La Soul: “3 Days Later”
– Jeff Mills: “The Bells”
– Escape Mechanism: “Intro”
– [life’s too short for Jimi Tenor]
– [ditto Squarepusher]
– [a tough/heavy/bassy UK garage track that’s not seven minutes and/or an A-side?! Sorry, Tim Finney can do this one, or Paul Kennedy]
– The Streets: “Stay Positive”
- Kid America & the Action Figures: “Dancin’”
