However, this review makes me laugh a bit: "The only thing that detracts from this dazzling CD is some pretty squeaky finger-noise on the strings, and given the otherwise glorious sound, I am wondering if this is intentional. . ." Of course, it's intentional. I've heard it on other recordings, including some by Munir Bachir, who was quite fussy in general.
