Well, I have this single, from donkeys years ago, in a pack of "Punk/New Wave" singles I ordered from a fairly famous irish record shop back in 1979 or so..

.. and yet, I find out that they weren't some 'one-off' outfit, and made quite a few albums and singles before the inevitable parting and reunion.
So, now they have made a new one, and packaged it with a "best of" and a DVD of a rockpalast performance...
And I ordered one in haste, and regretted being so swift..
But I find, it's damn good!
The initial single up there is sort of R&B/Feelgoods, but the rest of it is the comedy punk you'd expect, but you could mistake some of it for Wire, and there's one that could be Wolf Alice or some such.
OK, some of you know all this already.
So, take it!

Ah yes, I discovered a couple days back that the new compilation thing is on Spotify (so I don't need to order a German copy).
So weird that it gets released the exact same day I find out about the band through completely random rabbit holing on Rate Your Music.
I'd rank the studio albums thusly: 2 > 3 > 1 (which is the rawest, but also the goofiest).

Well, I fancied seeing the Rockpalast DVD, and our Alice was saying about being a girl drummer might be a cool thing so.

nine months pass...
Didn't make any 'best of' lists last year, in fact I don't think it even got reviewed.
It should have.
