Bands Metallica Covered - the Throwdown

I hope this hasn't been done. didn't find it in search.

it's time to pit all the legendary bands Metallica covered on the original Garage Days EPs against each other. I have gamed the results a little in that I did not include the Garage Inc bands in that I felt like including Sab, Skynyrd Queen, Motorhead and Mercyful Fate might warp the competitive balance a bit. if you don't like it - well then take it up with my secretary. Unfortunately this harms Discharge, Anti-Nowhere League, and Sweet Savage, but oh well, collateral damage.

You are voting for which of these bands is the best, not which of their covers you liked best!

I'm wagering I'll probably vote Misfits, but I dunno - Diamondhead's "LIghtning to the Nations" is so great. I prefer their versions to Metallica's (saying a lot as they're inspired covers), but I feel like their versions had more of a sense of dynamics to them. perhaps Metallica's "Helpless" I might prefer.

Holocaust were fucking great too - really don't think there's a bad act on this list, but don't know Budgie well (or an entry point for them).
