Maybe cheesy and earnest thread but are you grateful for the music in your life? Music always gave me a back up plan or an out door. I’m grateful for
- tori as a 16 year old
- fathers friends at 16 lending me talking heads and pink Floyd tapes
- homogenic at 16
- Bowie’s music from 16 onwards

Good lord, music has always kept me sane.
Soundtracks my life, a source of constant joy, the same music can mean different things at different ages.
A voice that has always said "I know what you're going through" at all stages.
I'm eternally grateful for WMUA (UMass Amherst) at age 17, my audio world went from black and white to technicolor literally overnight.
I've had the chance to meet some of my musical heroes and, while just as human as you and I, they didn't disappoint.
