this will prob not be everyone's cup of tea but i love the new thomas rhett album

the best tracks are sweet lovestruck songs that have this sort of key west sunset haze dad rock vibe... the one called "sand" makes it pretty overt lol

"VHS" bends it towards maroon 5 or recent vintage john mayer... this is like pure corn but i just think it's really well done

I don’t know about his new stuff, but I remember liking “Make Me Wanna” and “Crash And Burn”. They’re both on my very short and very neglected Country playlist.

"die a happy man" is incredible... deserves to be as big as ed sheeran "thinkin out loud" (also great)

the album before this one had prod & writing from julian bunetta & john ryan who i stan but i need to dig into it more
