seems like the canon is starting to form so I figured we need ilm's take.

a lot of edge cases depending on your definition. jane remover, pinkpantheress, oklou and jim legxacy might have been included in a more expansive "underground" list. tried to keep it simple.

it's between NS+ (ULTRA), #gigi and FLXTRA for me.
