O Lord!
-- it's a great, & greatly varied, compilation (as quite obvious from the track listing, isn't it)
& imo, t'is surely search-out-able and worth-have-able -- in case you haven't got too many of these pieces already, i.e.

(ordered it m'self a month ago; been playing lots from it in my radio shows since; fr me, one of the best buys of the year)

Wow, Mute has a good licensing department then.

looks great, and very Wire.

I guess the only question is whether I'll notice any difference from simply playing a few Wire Tappers back to back.

phil jones (interstar), Sunday, 29 December 2002 20:07 (twenty-three years ago)

they can do what they like, but who the fk is this aimed at??? aren't us snobs / geeks just a little too particular too indulge in a compilation of this ilk??

bob snoom, Sunday, 29 December 2002 20:45 (twenty-three years ago)

Well, I'm not as snobbish, and alot of these musical acts I've never heard but wouldn't mind hearing. I was curious if the tracks listed are "good examples" of that acts work.

See, now, I was thinking this thread was about that Pink Flag/Chairs Missing/154 box I've seen a few places...

Douglas (Douglas), Sunday, 29 December 2002 21:06 (twenty-three years ago)

Well, I already know that THAT one is a classic.
Sorry for the ambiguous thread title.

aren't most of the tracks either hard to find or unreleased or something like that?
