Is KaZaa dead/dying/being shot at?

I've just read that KaZaa's on the way out - some legal challenge?
Anyone here got any details?
What's the next file sharer to now migrate to?
Apologies if this is old news - I've not been here for a while and I'm quite out of touch - been studying then in hospital and stuff ...

Any info would be much appreciated, anyway...

There's been some legal tussling tangled up in that Kazaa is based out of around 16 differend countries, with varying statutes, jurisdictions, etc. It's a bit of a goose chase for RIAA so far from what I've read (maybe Tom Petty can give the 'fight the real enemy' speech at the Grammys this year since Michael Greene is indisposed). I don't use Kazaa, but I'm glad it's out there if only to draw fire from who I do use *cough* solesique *cough*

S**ls**K is just enough under the radar, though, to last maybe a little longer. I've seen a bunch of p2p program reviews (including a skimming of this month's Wired), and it's rarely mentioned.

Yeah, I never see solseeke mentioned either, which is fine by me.
