Another damn "Help me ID this rap song" question...

...with a twist of sorts. I heard it on the local Mpls. community radio rap show and the only thing I know about it is that it samples Electrostalactites (audio link) from Luke Vibert's "Nuggets" compilation.

No, since there weren't any Tyson refs that I could discern. That, and I'm not sure the songs on that Nuggets comp were even unearthed to a wide audience until 2001 (though Two Lone Swordsmen did sample one of the tracks on that comp for "The Big Clapper"). I'm guessing it's a recent song.
