I know it's not out yet but I was wondering what you think if you've downloaded it. I loved Insignificance (it was my favorite of 2001) and thought Yankee Hotel Foxtrot was flawed but ok (especially the first half). I want to write a review of it for my college's monthly publication and I was hoping I could download it instead of waiting for the release date. It is available to download right?

don't know but you can download a concert by loose fur here. very good stuff. in places they sound quite experimental. difficult to hear the alt-country roots.

clicking on the link i just realized that the loose fur show isn't there anymore. there is an old wilco concert from 1999 now. sorry for that.

Speaking as a fan of both artists, I find the collab boring and disappointing except maybe "Elegant Transation". Doesn't play up the best elements of either, just kind of plods along indecisively. Skip it.

Actually Alex, I think I just found that concert on Soulseek, but thanks anyway.
Gazuga- I tend to be a completist so I don't think I'll be able to skip it, but thanks for the input. Maybe the solo album O'Rourke is working on will be better.
