I dropped 100 cds!!

I had a 100 cds in on of those clear cd cases that come when you buy blank cds, and as I was caring it to my desk the bottom fell out and cds went everywhere. Now I'm going through some of them to see how badly scratched they are. I've got a Kosma cd that is ruined, and a panasonic / MSBR cd that skips like crazy. What I'm thinking about doing is leaving the panasonic cd like that and not try to recopy it. It's noise music anyway. This way it would be a little more random. Would this be bad for my cd player to be skiping that much, or are there any other reasons I should get rid of it?

Ok, who thought this thread would be chaki reporting the latest missive from Paisley Park?

I thought this would have been another Martin post-HMV Sale mishap! ("the Jimmie Lunceford box set at the top of the pile flew fiercely across Oxford Street and lost a heated argument with an oncoming 73 bus. The newly squashed CDs were mildly irritating, admittedly...") ;-)

There is some record by "Avant garde artist who I've forgotten" who released a record with no sleeve so each would be uniquely scratched.

Record Without A Cover by Christian Marclay, that sounds like.
