Wait, you guys are followin directions. Dave's concept was not to find simillar themes, but themes that logically follow each other, no? (hence the Ohio Players boot-knockin' followed by Chumbawumba's birth scene. I couldn't think of an album cover that featured a pregnancy, but that woulda gone in the middle.

Yeah, I didn't literally mean the letters of the alphabet (Au Pairs, confusingly, does start with the letter "A"). I meant what JBR said (the second thing she said).

Are we supposed to use only the connections established in the threads you linked? (That's how I understood this game...)

the way i understood it was get from cover a to cover b using as few connections as possible, from wherever. so none of the entries so far qualify

i used to play the same game with a group of actors, but 'a' and 'z' were celebrities; the winner had thought of the least number of steps (is dinner conversation grounds for a lawsuit i.e. 6 degrees of kevin bacon? this was like ah 1993 or so)
