Though this site may well be the anti-ILX, i suspect more'n a few people here would agree with a couple of the selections. Especially #3.

CKY are definitely the best band of all time, without a manner of a doubt. I'm sure their drummer's surname has nothing to do with them getting a record deal and MTV airplay.

that site is funny, you can tell most of the chart is qualified by "missions" on certain band message boards and such

Someone else voted for Blue Man Group, which pleases me.

Curtis Stephens, Thursday, 23 January 2003 22:51 (twenty-three years ago)

Mellon Collie has 666 votes, which I find quite fitting, actually.

CKY actually have their own videos filled with skating and proto-Jackass stunts and miscellaneous nuttiness. I think they have at least one good song - "96 Quite Bitter Beings", aka "That song in Tony Hawk 3 you can't purge from your head no matter what".

That said, I question the veracity of this poll and the methods used to blah blah THE CURE?

(PS: "All Time" = 1989-present except for 1973)

I got down to the Pearl Jam and saw that there were more entries beneath it and my head nearly exploded: "B-b-but it's Ten in a top 10!"

i like the song "disengage the simulator" off of the #3 album of all time (it's the only song i've heard off of it).
