Can anyone tell me how the sound that comes in at about 2:53 in this song was produced? It's like my favorite sound in the world
(Mega Man II!), but I don't know what sort of synthesizer would make it.

eight months pass...
i think its just vibrato and pitch modulation that gives synths that caharcter.. very 80sfunk
