is that true? it seems hard to believe...

Robbie Williams has also announced that he will no longer perform at the Brits - he was lined up to duet with Justin Timberlake. Yes. He was.

The Streets is also shunning the event...I think this is a good career decision for him.

does this mean none of these people were going to win an award? i think they should all be replaced by Underworld - re-united with Darren Emerson and playing a 30 minute set with spectacular lasers to make Roger Waters cry with jealousy and all their typical visual projections...resulting in them winning a Best Novelty Pint Glass award, created specially for the show.

I think it's "cool" to snub the industry these days. People like Mr. Williams and especially The Streets know that a lot of people out there are sick to the back teeth with the music industry as stands, and doing things like snubbing the Brits will give them pluspoints with a lot of punters.
