indeed, its what used to be the la2 - one of the best gig venues in london, i reckon, coz of the upstairs be which always feels to me like new york nightclub in the 70s like u see in films

ok i just checked the web. apparently there is a mean fiddler in harlesden too, but theyve changed the name of that to 'the old fiddler' to avoid confusion. although, it didnt stop me getting confused;)

the Mean Fiddler in Harlesden is actually their original booking office. next to it is the original venue as well i think but this hasnt been used for years. i've been there to buy tickets for Reading and Tribal Gathering before to avoid the booking fee.
