Bands that are INTENTIONALLY ignored by ILM

I mean, you can ignore something with no effort, or you can go to great pains not to hear REM, like leaving a party because some dude walks in with a Monster t-shirt and a CD wallet.

I hope no-one mentions [removed by moderator] ever on here. Sure their early work was a shining light, but ever since "[removed by moderator]'s [removed by moderator] fucking Pagent" its been nothing but drivel, especially that bloody [removed by moderator] album Tom mentioned.

You can have your "So. Central [removed by moderator]", fair enough, but spare me your "[removed by moderator] with Eyeliner".

In fact, Michael Stipe can kiss my big fat hairy [removed by moderator].

Sure, if someone walked in with a _Monster_ T-shirt. But if that same person walked in with a _Fables of the Reconstruction_ or _Chronic Town_ shirt, i'd probably be pretty damn pleased.

-Matt, beholding the beauty of the stillborn thread.

Where does one draw the line? Is a "Life's Rich Pageant" t-shirt acceptable? A "Document" t-shirt? Surely "Green" is taking things too far. And did they even make a "Dead Letter Office" t-shirt?

TMFTML (TMFTML), Thursday, 30 January 2003 15:23 (twenty-three years ago)

Gotta cut it off at Fables, as far as t-shirts go.

Are we talking about UB40 again?

Nick Southall (Nick Southall), Thursday, 30 January 2003 15:52 (twenty-three years ago)

I'd only draw the line when someone did KRS-1's rap from "Radio Song."

Though the first person to start singing "Everybody Hurts" would get dumped in the punchbowl.

-Matt, rising to the bait.
